Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.


Non-Returnable Items:

- Final sale items (marked "Non-Returnable" at purchase).

- Customized or personalized products.

- Underwear, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive items (unless defective).

How to Return

Request a Return:

- Contact our support team.


Pack & Ship:

- Securely package the item(s) with the original receipt or packing slip.

- Use the prepaid return label (if provided) or ship to our return center.


Track Your Return:

- Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Refunds

- Refund Method: Original payment (credit/debit, PayPal, etc.).

Processing may take 7 business days.

- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is free for defective/wrong items.

Otherwise, deducted from your refund.


For exchanges, select a new size/color during the return process.

Availability is not guaranteed—we’ll issue a refund if your replacement is out of stock.
